PORTO 2026

The European Society of Neurogastroenterology and Motility (ESNM) and the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) invite you to the 14th edition of the Gut Microbiota for Health (GMFH) World Summit in Porto, Portugal.

The 2026 GMFH World Summit will focus on diet and other ways to manipulate the gut Microbiome in clinical practice. The programme was developed by a committee of leading experts, led by co-chairs Harry Sokol, MD, PhD (Sorbonne Université, Paris, France), and Gail Hecht, MD, MS, AGAF (Loyola University Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois, U.S.). The agenda includes one keynote lecture, four plenary sessions, and two workshop sessions.

The summit is sponsored by the ESNM, with the endorsement of the AGA.
