The American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) and the European Society of Neurogastroenterology and Motility (ESNM) are organizing the 13th edition of the Gut Microbiota for Health (GMFH) World Summit in Washington, D.C. (USA).

The 2025 GMFH World Summit will focus on manipulations of human gut microbiome in health and disease. The program was developed by a committee of global experts, led by co-chairs Gail Hecht, MD, MS, AGAF (Loyola University Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois, US) and Harry Sokol, MD, PhD (Sorbonne Université, Paris, France). The agenda includes two keynote lectures, four plenary sessions, and two workshop sessions.

The summit is sponsored by the ESNM and the AGA, with the endorsement of the American Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society (ANMS).
