Professor Stéphane Schneider heads the Gastroenterology and Nutrition Department of Archet University Hospital in Nice (France). He is Treasurer of the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN). His interests include intestinal diseases and the role of the microbiota in these diseases.
