In 2017, there will be only one event tailored to clinical researchers and healthcare professionals that will provide both a broad overview of the newest gut microbiota science and access to the top international researchers in the field—mark your calendars now for the 2017 Gut Microbiota for Health World Summit, March 11th and 12th, 2017 in Paris!

At this 6th edition of the GMFH World Summit, you’ll spend a weekend learning from and collaborating with your peers from over 30 countries. With a selection of plenary sessions and smaller group workshops, you’ll walk away knowing you are among the elite group of healthcare professionals worldwide who are up to date on the latest clinical applications of gut microbiota science.

Highlights from last year’s event in Miami included a packed workshop on gut microbiota in obesity and metabolic syndrome, plenary sessions on microbiota and diet, and a lively panel discussion covering topics from C. difficile infection to inflammatory bowel disease. The 2017 program promises to be similarly wide-ranging.

The event is a collaboration between the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) and the Gut Microbiota & Health section of the European Society of Neurogastroenterology & Motility (ESNM), in partnership with the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN). This 2017 edition of the Gut Summit is supported by Danone, Biocodex, and Sanofi.
