Payment
Registration fees must be paid by credit card. Member and Trainee Member registrations will be verified with the appropriate organization. Registrants will be charged based on your membership type and the date the registration form was submitted. It could take up to two weeks to verify and process registrations. A confirmation email will be sent to the registrant when all information has been verified and processed.

Cancellation policy
A refund (minus a $50 processing fee) will be given for cancellations received in writing on or before Wednesday, Mar. 5, 2019. Please send requests to AGA Member Relations via email (member@gastro.org), fax (301-272-1774) or mail (4930 Del Ray Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814).

No cancellations will be accepted for refunds after Mar. 5, 2019. Refunds cannot be made for no-shows.
